These terms govern your use of HARRIS, operated by Horizon Frame Limited ("we", "our", "us").

1. Service Description

HARRIS is an AI-powered marketing platform that helps businesses manage advertising campaigns, publish content, and analyse performance across social media and advertising platforms.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate account information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must comply with the terms of service of any platforms you connect (Meta, Google, etc.)

3. Platform Connections

HARRIS supports per-website connections to: Meta (Facebook + Instagram), Google (Gmail, Search Console, Google Ads, YouTube), TikTok, X (Twitter), GitHub, Bitbucket, GitLab, Shopify, Stripe, PostHog, Beehiiv, Discord, Bing Webmaster, and Telegram. When you connect a platform you authorise us to access and operate within the scope of the permissions you grant; you can revoke access at any time via Settings > Connections in your dashboard. Disconnecting deletes the stored credentials and, where the provider supports it, revokes the underlying token.

4. AI-Generated Content & Tool Use

HARRIS's AI agents generate content and take actions on your behalf via a tiered tool system. Low-risk read tools run silently; write or external tools (posting, sending, merging, dispatching) require your interactive confirmation, or — if you scheduled the task in advance — your pre-authorisation. Marketing campaigns are created in a paused state by default. You remain responsible for reviewing, approving, and ultimately publishing all AI-generated content, and for the consequences of any action taken on your behalf with your authorisation.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Create misleading or deceptive advertising
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware or engage in any malicious activity
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using HARRIS, you consent to the data practices described therein.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the platform. We will endeavour to provide notice of significant changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Horizon Frame Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue from ad campaigns or content posting failures.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. You can delete your account through the dashboard or by contacting us. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
