Click Disconnect on any connected platform to remove those credentials
To delete your entire account, go to Settings > Account
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to support@harrishq.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
Your account email address
The website(s) or organisation you want data deleted for
Whether you want a full account deletion or just specific platform data removed
We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion by email.
Option 3: Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Data
If you connected your Meta account and want your Meta-related data removed:
You can remove HARRIS from your Facebook settings: Facebook > Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites > find HARRIS > Remove
This automatically triggers our deauthorisation callback, which revokes all stored tokens
Alternatively, use Option 1 or 2 above
What Gets Deleted
When you request data deletion, we permanently remove:
All stored access tokens and credentials (encrypted)
Platform connection metadata (page IDs, ad account IDs, pixel IDs)
Cached verification data
Campaign data, content, and analytics associated with your account may be retained for up to 12 months for legal and reporting purposes unless you specifically request their removal.
Confirmation
After processing your deletion request, you will receive a confirmation email. If you connected via Meta, a confirmation code is also provided to Meta for their records.
